as some browser already have NextDNS DoH built-in
it bypasses the configuration of my own instances

Step to reproduce

1. Open Firefox/Chrome

2. Set secure DNS to NextDNS
   3.1.1
   in Firefox
   
   in Chrome Android
   

3. Website bypassed
