[Bug]: NcAppSettingsShortcutsSection name translation is missing

Bug description

Hi, i hope you doing well.
in latest update on 32.0.2 Settings.vue in files app, modal changed to components and there is a component for keyboard shortcuts component,
in another components name is translated, but in component FileAppSettingsShortcut.vue
name of section is not translated, but translation exists in translations

Expected behavior

in Settings.vue sections name of Keyboard shortcuts must have translation on another languages
