[Bug]: windows display language English (Switzerland), nexctloud client however in German

Bug description

windows display language english (switzerland) makes the language of the desktop client to be german. in switzerland there are 4 languages, so this can't be correct. one needs to change the language to english (UK), so that the nextcloud client is english

Steps to reproduce

1. go to system settings in windows
2. click time & language
3. under Language>windows display language switch from English (United Kingdom) to English (Switzerland)
4. restart nextcloud client

Expected behavior

language of the client should be english when the system language is "english (switzerland)"

Hey, can you please paste some logs from when the client is starting? We've added some additional logs during startup to better understand the different locale setups in recent versions.

I'm especially interested in the lines that contain System UI languages are:, selected application language:, and Using "<whatever>" translation

I am pretty sure that the confusing settings from Windows are causing this issue
They clearly have a very confusing way to select the display language.
Seems like there might some fallback on client side that cause it to use German locale.
