Ignore tag case when searching for tags #7463
Description
In general I would expect the search to be case insensitive, ie: when I have a tag "World", and I want to find it, searching for "world" should pull it up. As it works now, if I search for "world" it creates a new tag. Bit of an annoyance that would be great to take a look at.
