Who Am I

Ned D Hanks AKA (in some circles) Geekysmurf

I am a father, husband, geek, devops, cloud engineer and sysadmin.

What I do

⚓️ Currently Working On:

  • Managing AWS EKS clusters. Using terraform for configuration and upgrades. Clusters use Karpenter for node autoscaling.
  • Setting up my garage as a woodworking workshop. Will be crafting items for sale at markets, shows and online.
  • With my wife, we are setting up a sticker, label and decal business.
