Since layer update is already done most of the work of this issue is just SRP stuff which are currently not working because I didn't work on them after updating the layer

I think layer update was ready and working nearly 4 month ago in pull request #5 , #13 is more formatting than actual code.

@knocte asked me to pay him $150 for it.

Yes, this is the issue. TLRequestEditCreator requires this SRP stuff, and I'll be paying you 0.50 ETH (almost $200) for it, if that's ok for you.
