Consumer stops delivering messages after leader failover if Stream has Interest retention policy #7664
Description
Observed behavior
nats server version 2.12.1
We have stream B sourcing from A1, A2, A3, ...
Stream B has a consumer C, stream B has Interest retention policy
Both B and C have replicas=3
When we restart the leader node of the stream B and consumer C in our 3-node nats cluster, the consumer C stops delivering messages while new messages are still being added to stream B from the sources.
Expected behavior
Consumer should be able to continue delivering message after failover
