Export entity to CSV

Provide ability to export the data shown in any entity as a CSV

Extend entity menu to include download option to download products into a csv. Download shall download all products ingested into entity -- this means include the data that is hidden/unselected by the user. Direct download to .csv file only for now -- no additional configuration options.

Per discussion with @marjo-luc and science team, rough benchmarks were performed on the backend to see if it would be feasible to support a maximal reference case of 1yr full-res, via an override on the request data count limit.

This was determined to be infeasible by orders of magnitude. Scratch results below:

respected (1:12500) - q 2s, 12MB 6s (this is slow - probably system-related)
1:2500 - q 12s, 63MB 36s
1:500 - breaks at webserver

single parameter
respected - q700ms, 2.9MB, 2.5s
1:2500 - q 2.8s, 14MB 8.6s
1:500 - q 10s, 72MB 30s
1:100 - breaks at webserver

Decision is made to have frontend page requests, and the override will not be implemented, to prevent massive queries from being attempted and choking up API/DB workers
