SF: PC: ADM bp-agent parameters typed as UINT???

in the ADM bp_agent report, all parameters are typed to UINT. However, in bpnm.h, NmbpDisposition structure seems to identify the mnemonics to 64-bit unsigned. This is causing parsing issues. This is what bpnmtest reports.

APL now develops the "nm" agent and will be re-incorporated back into ION in the future. See issue #32.
