Description
Fixes # WV-3742.
Added 9 AMSR-U Ocean - Total Precipitable Water, Ocean Wind Speed, Cloud Liquid Water for Daily, Weekly and Monthly, layers.
This is the first part of an ongoing effort to replace the separate AMSRU2 and AMSRU-E layers into one unified AMSRU set of layers. This adds 9 AMSR-U Ocean related layers (Total Precipitable Water, Ocean Wind Speed, Cloud Liquid Water) that display only imagery prior to 2011 (AMSRU-E imagery). Later on the AMSRU-2 imagery (post 2012) will also be linked.
