Working: Lenovo USB-C to 4 Port USB-A Hub (P/N: 4X90X21427)

Seems to work correctly, VBUS gets switched as expected. Note that the hub advertises itself as:

Bus 008 Device 004: ID 17ef:1039 Lenovo USB3.0 Hub

Bus 007 Device 002: ID 17ef:103a Lenovo USB2.0 Hub
