Right now, noise models are mostly only applied across different sites. Some problems require intra-site noise, i.e., between multiple levels of a boson or a qudit system.
Proposed Solution
I would like to extend the noise models to include more complicated options at a single site. Most likely, we need a partner who has this specific problem, or someone digging directly into this topic, so we can test it along the way.
