WIP

  • Add virtualization support to Rich Tree View Pro
  • Choose if the virtualization is pro or premium
  • Make the DOM structure configurable
  • Make the item's height configurable
  • Add tests
  • Add docs
  • Do not render an additional Box when using virtualization
