RTL SDR - No Iridium pulses detected

I see Iridium pulses in SDR#. I am using RTL SDR L-Band patch active antenna. However, gr-iridium could not detect anything for 1 hour. Pls, refer to the screenshot. Please let me know where did I mess up.

Setup -

1. UBUNTU 22.04 running on VM Ware
2. Updated the rtl-sdr.config and uncommented bias-t statement

My suggestion would be to use the --raw-capture option (see readme) to capture exactly what iridiume-extractor is seeing.

Then look at this file with something like inspectrum & figure out what the problem is. I suspect it is either a gain or a bias-t problem.
