Error of reading SP-EMBL files via Windows

It seems that the new reader is not able to read files from windows. This may be due to the new line of \r\n

On Windows it is possible to read files with the newest vresion of Protgraph (0.3.3). However it should be kept in mind that, if generating SP-EMBL-files with WIndows, it defaults to \r\n in python for writing new lines. This behaviour should be turned off.
