Feature request: toJson

It would be nice to be able to retrieve results from Tagger in JSON format. 

Presumably &toJson would ignore any tpl chunks and return a JSON string allowing for any special characters in tags and labels.

One use of this would be in a custom snippet.

Another option would be to allow the possibility of returning a php array, again useful in a snippet.
