Attempting to open empty Choreo path crashes pathplanner

Describe the bug
If the user creates an empty choreo path and tries to open in pathplanner gui, pathplanner gui will crash

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Create an empty path in Choreo v2025.0.0-beta-2
Attempt to view the path in pathplanner 2025.0.0-beta-1

Expected behavior
Open the empty path or display an error message

• PP GUI Version: 2025.0.0-beta-1
