Just ran into the :keep_releases bug and realized it wasn't fixed in the latest gem version.
+1 for releasing a new one.

First, we had an idea to close all the pull request and issues and them release a new version, but it's taking too long, maybe we should release 0.3.1?

:keep_releases bug hurts me badly, and 0.3.0 is ages old, maybe a small bugfix release is good for all?
