Problem with rake db:migrate

When I use "mina deploy-v" this error occurs:

The database is already created, Nginx and Unicorn are already configured on a EC2 (Ubuntu), just missing deploy the app.

Can anyone help me? =]

Is your remote database.yml configured well?

Your problem may be in initializers/devise.rb in 3 or 16 lines. Be sure there are no env-specific data values.
