Background: Using background agent leads to commit signing dialog to show

1. Make a change in a local file
2. Start a background agent
3. 🐛 Background agent looks stuck but actually a commit signing dialog opens somewhere, waiting for me to sign some commit. This feels very weird from a user perspective.

I know we are doing commits in the worktree, do we need to sign them?

Verification steps:

• Open a folder/workspace that contains a git repository
• Start a new background session that would generate changes (ex: Add random line to the README)
• When the session completes go back to the sessions list
• Right click on the session and choose "Open Worktree in Integrated Terminal"
• Run git verify-commit HEAD and confirm that it does not return any signature information
