no agent listed post sendoff

After I click to send off my agent, there is nothing (that I can see?) that shows what agent it is using. Would be nice to have some visual so I could remember if I came back to it or just have confidence the agent was actually used in sendoff

This is the 'agent name' that GitHub returns back to us. It would say anthropic/openai-agent if those were chosen.

When the non-default agent (copilot) is chosen, it should show up at the bottom as well greyed-out

I think the best actionable thing here is to show 'copilot' grayed out as well as 'claude' or 'codex'. Since it's the default value it isn't shown (current logic)

@joshspicer I see this got closed with a link PR, hence I am adding milestone and label so that this makes into verification.

steps:

1. Open an existing cloud session
2. You should see a greyed out picker with the backing agent used

I repro this not showing up at least once. It's a minor thing, but nice to get right.

I see in logs the agent ID (which we use to disambiguate the agent) is not always sent in the session response. I hope that #291817 will provide better apis for us to leverage
