default mode for cloud agent

would be great to include maybe a hover or somewhere to get more info on what "default" means. I also liked the picker for local selection that I could distinguish between agents I created in my workspace vs agents contributed by VS Code.

it is also strange that on "local" I would select "agent" where as on "cloud" I select "default" and those two things give the same model prompting? At least as far as I can tell?

Also "plan" is missing from the dropdown for cloud agents- how is it decided which modes are included?

The modes are all that GitHub returns from it's API for this repo. I inject default to mean 'no custom agent', which I agree is not the most clear. I can put in some description text now.

I changed it from 'agent' since we have 'partner agents' now (copilot, claude, codex) and wanted to avoid that confusion :D

Note that this only shows at all if the user has a 'custom agent' checked into github (hopefully making it more clear the difference between default and their agent?)

We swapped this to 'Agent' with the additional custom agents below it. This only shows if you have custom agents to display.

I don't think either default or agent is that clear, but looking at it again I do think 'Agent' looks the best, so i'll keep that 👍
