Allow "Files Changed" in new PR to diff against file on disk #5163
Description
This is for when a PR is not yet created:
Would be nice if the right hand side was editable. This would essentially allow me to diff all my changes from my branch and still be able to make tweaks before pushing.
Today I often just create a draft PR to have this functionality, but I think I could save this step.
