This removes ScopedCredential, ScopedCredentialInfo, WebAuthentication, and WebAuthnAssertion. These are not available on any modern browsers.
Specifically ScopedCredential is renamed to PublicKeyCredential which we already have (w3c/webauthn#406) and others are also replaced (w3c/webauthn#397).
