Airlock Review Template Leaves OS Disk Behind

The Guacamole Windows and Linux VM templates include the following provider config:

      delete_os_disk_on_deletion     = true

The AirLock Review templates do not include this flag causing OS disks to get left behind:

Steps to reproduce

1. Create AirLock request including review VMs
2. Review the request and wait for the VMs to be deleted
3. Observe the disk left behind
