Add/view/remove researchers and additional owners to a workspace

As a Workspace Owner
I want to add/remove users as WorkspaceOwner/WorkspaceResearcher to the Workspace Enterprise Application in AAD
So that I can add users to TRE

Acceptance Criteria

• View users who are assigned roles within a workspace #4049
• Enable Workspace Owners to add multiple users and assign WorkspaceResearcher role #4169
• I can add multiple users and assign WorkspaceOwner role
• I can update users after the Workpsace is created

With #2532 this can now be done using Azure AD group management via the URI https://account.activedirectory.windowsazure.com/redirect/groups?tenantId=<tenant_id>. Maybe a link needs adding to the UI to this? @jjgriff93 ?

It may be at a later date this needs to be integrated into the TRE UI, however moving this to backlog.
