incorrect link given for newly uploaded (unindexed) dist #815
Description
yesterday I uploaded MooseX-Storage-0.33.tar.gz. Unfortunately I only had comaint on a few of the dzen+ modules in this dist, so indexing failed, and this became an unauthorized dist (until I can get the permissions fixed and force a reindex on PAUSE).
On my author page, https://metacpan.org/author/ETHER, the dist shows up as one of my dists, but the link used for it is https://metacpan.org/release/MooseX-Storage, which actually goes to 0.32, the latest authorized upload. The link instead should go to https://metacpan.org/release/ETHER/MooseX-Storage-0.33/.
(This could be fixed by making all dist links on author pages go to the versioned URI rather than the unversioned one. Otherwise, you'd have to special-case TRIAL and other unindexed dists.)
