Can't find perluniprops

Can't find perluniprops, even in the listing at https://www.metacpan.org/release/perl.
Can't find http://search.cpan.org/perldoc?perluniprops either, so I guess there's something very wrong!

Can find http://perldoc.perl.org/perluniprops.html though.

That file is built dynamically when you build perl. Same is true for perlapi. metacpan and sco don't build perls and as such don't get that kind of documentation.
