Make core deps gray?

Describe the feature
It would be useful if core-provided modules are marked differently from other dependencies

Expected behavior
Any dependencies that are satisfied by core itself should be marked lighter, to not that they don't require installing anything. Possibly the shade of gray should be dependent on what version of perl started shipping it.

Modules that are known to have been ejected from core should not be marked as such, even if they used to be provided.

Rather than color code, I think having two lists that are separated would work better. Some core deps we could just remove entirely (strict, warnings).

I've also considered having a separate dependencies page which includes all dependencies, separated by phase and relationship. Core status would also fit well on a page like that.
