exclude inc/ directories from search indexing

https://metacpan.org/search?q=Module%3A%3AInstall contains a huge number of results for bundled inc/ directories, which are generally not relevant, and should be excluded from search indexing.

If one wanted to search for things in inc/, a better place to do that would be grep.cpan.me.

@oalders should this be excluded from ever getting into ES index in the first place, or not returned in the results?

@ranguard I can't think of a reason to have this in the index.

There is api code to exclude inc, so either there's a bug that's
circumventing that,
or the results are from releases indexed a long time ago.

oh, now i see... many of these are in someotherfolder/inc
which probably isn't honored by the no_index code.
