Implement a Software Access Point

Features:

• Auto set the AP name and Password
• Set the device IP to a known value
• Setup a captive portal to redirect all requests back to the device
• MDNS to simplify device discovery
• Can be enabled from configuration.h

Very close to do. Running tests at the moment.

Debugging some odd behavior when the radio turns off. WiFi doesn't always come back up. I may need to look into how we power down the ble radio.

I've run into a known bug in the esp32 sdk.

Trying to find a work around.

The bug in the esp32 sdk was introduced in October 2019. Here's the PR to fix the issue in the SDK.

Seems like this bug was introduced when the wifi long range feature was rolled out and it's unknown how this fix will affect the long range feature.
