Clarify that documentTemplate doesn't work with custom embedder option #3293
Description
During a user interview, the user stated that they didn't understand why their documentTemplate failed when using the user provided embedder. We explained that for this source of embedders the field isn't supported, and they flagged that the documentation around the custom embedder wasn't clear.
