[BUG] Follow requests no longer working

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior

If someone sends a follow request, this shows up in notifications but there are no buttons anywhere for approving or rejecting the request.

Expected Behavior

If a follow request is sent, it should produce some kind of prompt somewhere to approve or reject the request, similar to what happens on the web interface.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Switch on follow requests
2. Attempt to follow from another account
3. Try to approve the request within the official iOS app
