Markdown cells accidentally inserted into molab cells

Describe the bug

When using the per-cell AI, my molab cells get a markdown code cell inserted into them maybe 1/3 of the time. Sometimes, that includes markdown chatbot commentary. I see there are old bugs already closed on this. A regression?

I'll have a look at this issue, we could use structured outputs with fallback I think. I'll close this too when we fix this: #8880
