docs(readme): reorganize package badges#80

Group the badge block in `README.md` by testing, `PyPI`, `Conda`, and tooling so it wraps more predictably and is easier to scan. Also switch the `Pepy` badges to explicit total and monthly download variants so the package distribution signals are clearer at a glance.
