- General -> Local options -> Timezone -> Europe/Paris
- General -> Local options -> Locale -> French (France)

- Create an order
- Get order using GraphQL

Additional information
This is because of this commit.
To have a well formatted we should use an en_US
locale because all date are stored in database using this format.
