Remove content jump and prettify the EAV generators:

To Reproduce (*)

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Right-click on a module directory app/code/*/MODULE_DIR
2. Click on New/Module File/ Magento EAV attribute/ Product Attribute (or any other attribute)
3. Fill out the form

Expected behavior (*)

The form looks solid. No content jump after any action.
