`mvim` seems to be broken in snapshot-128 release.

As I commented here, the shipped mvim within the app package sets VIM_APP_DIR, but that's not the case in the repository.

Running mvim via symlinks will expectedly break with "No such file" errors:

/usr/local/bin/mvim: line 86: /usr/local/bin/../../../MacVim.app/Contents/MacOS/Vim: No such file or directory
/usr/local/bin/mvim: line 86: exec: /usr/local/bin/../../../MacVim.app/Contents/MacOS/Vim: cannot execute: No such file or directory
