May I ask if there are any methods to reduce FLOPS? I believe that for lightweight networks, FLOPS is a more crucial consideration

@seamoonlight-YBY Thanks, the main idea of this work is to explain why star works, hence star op. is the main focus and we didn't focus on FLOPs.

Here are some tips to reduce FLOPs in network design:

1. Feature Re-use method as summerized in Table 1.
2. Put more blocks / params in the later stages (low resolution), like stage 3 or stage 4.
