Plugin not working, errors on every option

When I try generating an image, even just the word snail, it shows this error

when I try using the inpainting feature, this error happens

Here is my error console after i tried all 3 available options that this plugin offers

I tried multiple different keys that worked on other things so idk what's happening..

Are you on Mac, Windows, or Linux?
Which version?
Also which version of GIMP?
