Notifications don't work on osTicket 1.18

Hello,
I've installed the webhook plugin into osTicket 1.18.2, created and enabled an instance following the documentation, yet I can't get push notifications to work on my pixel 7 with the osTicket Admin app. Notifications are allowed on the phone, but creating a ticket with another account, assigning it, replying, etc all don't generate notifications.

Hello @Bynarman check in the admin, in Dashboard, Settings, System Log if there is any error log

and confirm if curl is active on the hosting

@luispimenta , There are no errors in the system log, and curl is enabled on the server. I should also mention, I'm running IIS and php 8.4.6.
