BLAS Wrapper Provided by: https://github.com/sinshu/NumFlat To Install, download OpenBLAS from: https://github.com/OpenMathLib/OpenBLAS/releases Unzip, and Compile by, in the terminal, "make" and "make PREFIX={location} install", with the proper end location Download NumFlat, then use dotnet to extract the package and install into project.
