I got confused earlier and then I realized that this project doesn't use Travis anymore. It appears that the scripts in the
ci/directory are also obsolete, as the test commands are called directly (note thatblackis not being run as a test anymore). So this PR is just to clean things up. I can look into runningblackagain.
