LLVM-Link for windows?

Hi, i'm trying to translate this build script from OS X to Windows however some of the executables i've used don't exist in the windows llvm install Here's the build script i'm trying to translate:

Here's what i have so far:

But the llvm-link program doesn't exist on windows, neither does llc?

I found the solution was to build LLVM from the source files, see the Getting Started section here:
https://llvm.org/docs/CMake.html
