This branch adds the capability of computing gradients for the Matrix-, and Vector-, interpolator classes. Gradients are implemented for each RBF, but only for least squares, "LS", and for general matrices, "B", in the MatrixInterpolator class. The CAROM_VERIFY is used to guarantee that gradients are not requested for alternative settings.
