This PR is tied to linorbot2_hardware PR linorobot/linorobot2_hardware#104 . Please merge the two PRs at the same time to avoid inconsistent repos. Merging this and the linorobot2_hardware PR gate announcing the jazzy branch to the linorobot mailing list and other publicity avenues. The Jazzy branch brings a lot of value (gazebo sim + hardware support) and I'm eager to get it out there and known and used. At the same time, it's not for everyone. |

This PR closes issue 174, where the microros baud rate is 115200. It is increased to 921600 as in the hippo5329 repo (rolling branch) to enable a 50Hz loop rate on an ESP32 microcontroller. This PR has a co-requisite issue and PR in the linorobot2_hardware repo.
