- Add @cratelyn and @sfleen to the list of maintainers--they both have a track record of 6+ months of substantial contributions to the project and have been active in the community.
- Move @mateiidavid to the Emeriti section, reflecting his reduced activity in the project.
- Sort the list of maintainers alphabetically by GitHub handle.
