Log window does not keep up.

Description
Log window dosen't keep up with logs. Usually it autoscrolls to the newest logs, but sometimes it gets stuck and you have to manually scroll to the bottom to see the newest logs.

• Version: 1.19.0 (Issue was with previous versions as well)
• Platform: Ubuntu 24.04 + docker
• Data source: Fox-glove rosbridge, ROS 1 native and ros1 bags

Steps To Reproduce
Not sure yet. Happens with bags, ros1 native and fox-glove bridge. There is also no relantion with the data amounts.

Expected Behavior
Log would always scroll to newest message.
