In the latest version of Anthropic-python-sdk - the api_url variable in the anthropic.Client has been updated to base_url variable. But if we access the same using langchain - it results in an error as explained in the - #6400 . In this pull request, I have updated the variable, which helps us to stay upto mark with Anthropic v0.3.2
