不要加什么 cache expired，缓存跟着 model 就行了。
原来用 provider 的地方也不要改，就把原来 provider 的文件拆成前端一份后端一份就可以了。
后端存一个 providerList 和 providerMap。
前端从后端取 providerList，也存 list 和 map。
分别写两个获取 provider 的方法。

aiproxy 的 map 也需要从 api 取，不然还是没法热更新。
